Data Deletion

Iron And Oak Industries respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, including data obtained through Facebook or Instagram.

How to request deletion

Email info@ironandoakindustries.com with:

• The subject “Data Deletion Request”.
• Your name and the email address or Facebook/Instagram username associated with the data.
• A brief description of the data you would like removed.

We will verify your request and delete the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. We will confirm once deletion is complete.

Facebook and Instagram data

If you interacted with our Facebook or Instagram business accounts and want personal data we may have accessed removed from our records, use the same process above. You can also manage or remove app access from Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
